Do I already have to be in great shape to sign up?
NO we will meet with you free and measure your personal conditioning so not to over train you in the beginning however you will be challenged! People of all ages and sizes are welcome.

What types of exercises will I learn?
Core conditioning, functional training, walking, running, strength training, circuit training and more!

How often do I need to work out?
You can attend as many sessions as you want as we have classes every day of the week, except on Sundays. We suggest that beginners attend between 2 to 4 sessions a week. We have classes everyday except Sunday, on pre-arranged times. To avail of the $15/session rate, you have to pay for five sessions. Otherwise, walk in rates are at $20/session.

Here is the schedule of workout sessions:

6am to 7am Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday

6:30pm to 7:30pm Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday

8:30 am to 9:30 am Saturday

Important Note: If you’re interested in other times or one on one training we can help we offer the best rates in town for only $40 per session and buddy training for $25 per session call us and we can discuss all of them with you.

Is this private one on one training?
This is a group class. No Xcuz Fitcamp was designed to meet the needs of anyone who wants to get in shape but can’t afford to pay $40 per session of private training. We will be supervising your workouts, monitoring your technique and making sure that you’re not slacking off. If you sign up with us, we’ll hold you accountable for achieving your fitness goals.

What type of exercise equipment will I be working with?
You will need an exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8-10 lbs.), and running shoes. You can purchase these from Target, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Busybody or any other sporting goods store. More importantly, you will need a strong will to change your mind and body.
